At the end of the money's route stands a company, not a website. The licence number is the only public trace of that company and the only place where something can be checked independently of what the operator wrote about itself.
That same number, however, says far less than its presence in the footer suggests. Below is a breakdown of what can be read from it and what cannot be read from it in any way.
A number in the register speaks about the company, and not about whether a transfer to it will go through — that is decided by a different register, described in the card will not go through when the operator's domain is in the register. Why these documents are read at all and what they do not settle is explained by the page about the site. The whole route of the money is described by the page crypto casino.
How many operators publish a number at all
68 brands out of a hundred in the library give a licence number. There are, however, only 53 different numbers.
The difference arises because it is the company that is registered, not the sign. Nine numbers serve 24 brands at once. One registration can stand behind five sites with different names, different colours and different promises.
Thirty-two brands do not give a number at all. That is not proof of the absence of a licence — it is an absence of information, and in a comparison of operators those two things mean different things.
Nine numbers that serve 24 brands
| Licence number | Brands on this number | How many |
|---|---|---|
| ALSI-202508056-FI2 | Oshi Casino, PlayAmo, Slotum, Winz.io, Bitkingz | 5 |
| OGL/2024/1307/0748 | 7Bit Casino, KatsuBet, Mirax | 3 |
| OGL/2024/1798/1048 | Rolletto, Goldenbet, Velobet | 3 |
| OGL/2023/103/0067 | Betriot, Casinoly, Zet Casino | 3 |
| OGL/2023/111/0069 | Bitcasino.io, Livecasino.io | 2 |
| OGL/2024/1267/0760 | CryptoLeo, Nine Casino | 2 |
| OGL/2024/1800/1049 | Jackbit, Freshbet | 2 |
| ALSI-202508047-FI2 | Fairspin, Weiss | 2 |
| 8048/JAZ | LTC Casino, Primedice | 2 |
The extreme case is the Anjouan registration ALSI-202508056-FI2. In the public Anjouan register, checked on 26 August 2026, it is held by the company Novatrix SRL, with an issue date of 25 August 2025 and an expiry date of 24 August 2027. Five signs, one expiry date, one company.
This has a direct practical effect. Four of those five brands — Oshi Casino, PlayAmo, Slotum and Winz.io — put Poland on the list of excluded countries. These are not four independent decisions, but one decision by one entity, repeated on four sites.
Spreading risk across „several different casinos” can therefore be illusory, if those casinos share a number.
Five brands on revoked licences
Five brands give the number of a licence that appears in the register as revoked: BC.Game, Bets.io, Betriot, Casinoly and Zet Casino.
The last three stand on one number, OGL/2023/103/0067. The revocation covered three signs at once — which is the same mechanism as above, only turned the unfavourable way.
The number in the footer stays unchanged after a revocation, because it is ordinary text on a page. What changes is the entry in the register, not the footer, and only the register says so.
Two registers and two different meanings of the word „valid”
Checking a number requires going into the register of the authority that issued it, and not into a search engine.
Curaçao
The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate portal at cert.cga.cw is the only Curaçao source indexed by the operator's domain — that is, the only one where you can start from the site's address and not from the company name. The certificate shows the domain, the company name, its number in the commercial register, the licence number, the issue date and the status.
A separate PDF list published by the same authority is sometimes inconsistent with the portal. Where there is a discrepancy, this site takes the certificate portal, because only it ties a number to a specific domain.
Anjouan
The Anjouan Gaming Board public licence register shows the number, the company name, the status and — unlike Curaçao — the issue and expiry dates.
In the library 39 brands could be found in the Anjouan register. All 39 had the status „valid” on the day of the check. But the expiry dates are spread over time: 20 of those licences expire in 2026 and 19 in 2027. An Anjouan licence is sometimes issued for a year, sometimes for two, and the status „valid” is a statement about the day of the check, not about the future.
The absence of a brand from a given register does not mean „unlicensed” — it means that nothing was found under that domain in that register. The domain may not have been entered, it may have been entered differently, or the licence may have come from a different authority.
What a number confirms and what it does not
It confirms three things: that a company exists, that it appears in the register under a given number, and what status that entry has on the day of the check.
It confirms nothing from the list the player cares most about. It does not say whether a withdrawal will be paid out. It does not set a withdrawal cap or a deadline for processing it — those figures, if they exist at all, lie in the terms and not in the register, and they are published by fourteen brands out of a hundred. It does not say whether the operator will ask for a document and at what amount — that is also a matter for the terms, described on the page identity verification.
Nor does it say anything about the Polish legal order. A licence from Curaçao or from Anjouan is that authority's consent to operate, not a consent issued in Poland and not a substitute for one. What the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009 says on the subject is described in the site's home page.
How to check a number yourself
- Copy the number from the operator's footer exactly, with all the slashes and dashes — the formats OGL/year/xxx/xxxx and ALSI-xxxxxxxxx-FIx are not interchangeable.
- Go into the register of the authority whose number you have: cert.cga.cw for Curaçao, the Anjouan Gaming Board public register for ALSI numbers.
- Compare the company name from the certificate with the name in the operator's terms. A discrepancy is not in itself a breach, but it is a question worth having an answer to before depositing.
- Note the date of the check. A status in a register is a statement about the day on which it is read.
The licence data on this site come from registers checked on 26 August 2026, and the provisions of the terms from operators' texts read on the same day: 38 live, 41 from an archived copy, 21 did not open at all. 11 brands out of a hundred give the year of founding — for the remaining 89 no date of founding is given here, because it is not in the source.
